Production and Sourcing
We handle the printing of some products in-house at our US facilities and source others from global suppliers to offer a diverse selection. We collaborate exclusively with vendors who meet our rigorous quality control standards.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.
Estimate Time Of Arrival
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery times depend on your location. While we strive to provide accurate estimates with our logistics partners, these times are not guaranteed. Once your order is in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within 4-9 business days, whereas international orders may take up to 21 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to track its progress.

- For personalized orders or those requiring modifications, please allow additional time for our designer to complete the customization. The design time will vary based on the complexity of your request.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive email notifications and can track it in real-time by logging into our website. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you’ll receive individual emails and tracking numbers for each parcel.
Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for updates, delaying your order.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. Please verify your shipping address before contacting customer support.
- Are-shipping fee will apply to orders returned due to an incorrect address.
- We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
